Carlela Jo Tibbs, 57, born May 12, 1964 passed away November 12, 2021 at White River Medical in Batesville, AR. She leaves behind her husband, Richard Ray Tibbs; one daughter, Bethany Tibbs of Memphis, TN; one son, Joseph Tibbs of Memphis, TN; and two sisters, Kathy Adams and Beth Rasberry. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Betty Johnson.

Carlela was such a caring and loving mother and wife. She was also very strong and independent woman, she lived life with a "Never Give Up" attitude. Despite her medical conditions, she always persevered and did it with a positive outlook.  Carlela enjoyed having a good time and spending time with family and friends and had a huge place in her heart for her little dog, Bailey, and her granddog, Bentley.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 9:30-10:00a.m. with funeral services starting at 10:00a.m. and burial to follow at Forest Hill Funeral Home, 2440 Whitten Rd., Memphis, TN.
