Carmeletta Williams, 88 of Paragould, AR, passed away March 31, 2023.

She is survived by one daughter, Donna Hoppe of Florida; two sisters, Phyllis Webb of Senath, MO and Janice Strickland of Lake City, AR; one brother, Daryl Lawless of Paragould, AR; and one grandson, Doug Koon of Darien, CT.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Williams; one daughter Kim Adcock; parents, Henry and Stella Lawless; one sister, Mavis Caraway; and two brothers, Butch Lawless and Donnie Lawless.

Ms. Carmeletta left home at an early age with her sister, Mavis, and they became telephone operators for the Memphis area. She and Mr. Harry were happily married since November 23, 1976 and worked in the family business together for 47 years.
