Carol Ann Cook, of Memphis, TN, passed away on June 27, 2016. She leaves behind her fianc, Chris Eason; two children, Christopher Pryor, Bailey Eason; her mother and her husband, Connie and Stan King; her father and his wife, Billy Wayne and Cathy Cook; a sister and her husband Christina Marie and John Kennedy; and two nieces, Anna Marie and Nancy Faith Kennedy. A memorial service will be held at Faith Fellowship Pentecostal Church, 4550 Austin Peay Highway in Memphis, on Saturday, July 2, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please send memorials to St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital.
