Carol A. Holcomb 68 of Southaven, Ms passed away Monday, February 12, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband James Holcomb, and her parents Joseph and Dede Waldrop. She is survived by her three children Christopher Holcomb (Nicole Holcomb) of Locust Grove, Ga, Melissa Huddleston (Michael Huddleston) of Hernando, Ms, and Amanda Walters (Andrew Walters) of Southaven, Ms. She leaves behind four grandchildren, Alex, Haddison, Britten and Henry, and sister Linda Carson (David Carson) of Memphis TN. Carol retired from Desoto County Schools. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, enjoying the salt air at the beach and reading a good book. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Tim Tebow Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
