Olive Branch - Carol J. Pruette, 71, a loving wife, mother and a doting grandmother passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Methodist University Hospital. Mrs. Pruette is a member of Central Church. She retired from Henry Turley Company where she worked as a property manager. She leaves her husband, Larry Pruette; two daughters: Leigh Ann Pruette Brady (Scott) of Collierville, TN and Kelley Pruette Byrd (David) of Nesbit, MS; two sisters: Annette Gray Sharp and Sandra Lee Durston (Dusty); four grandchildren: Zach Brady (Leah), Lauren Brady Akin (Scott), Nick Byrd and Jack Holden Byrd; one great-granddaughter, Lucy; also one great-grandson soon to be, Wilder. Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, October 23 at Forest Hill East with visitation starting at 1 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery.
