Carolyn Lee Delk, 71, passed away October 17, 2015, at her home in Memphis, TN. Funeral Service will be at Forest Hill Funeral Home on Whitten Rd. Saturday, October 24, 2015. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. with services following. She is survived by her three daughters; Jamie Dey (Dee), Tina Hines (David), and Teresa Francis (David), six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
