Carolyn "Pete" Ransome, 92, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away February 19, 2018.  She was the wife of the late James (Jimmy) Thomas Ransome, Sr.  Pete attended Southside High and was retired from the Holiday Inn Rivermont.  She leaves behind five children, Sandra (Ned) Wigley; Tommy (Fran) Ransome; Randy (Sandy) Ransome;  Rickey (Brenda) Ransome and Cathy Erby.  She was known as Memaw to her five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one great-great grand child.  To everyone else she was sweetie Petie!   Family and friends will gather to share memories, 9-10 am, Saturday, followed by services at 10 am, at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park-South.   Memorials  sent to Alzheimer's  Association, 4825 Trousdale Dr, Suite 220, Nashville, TN 37220 would be greatly appreciated
