Carolyn Joyce Sweet, 90, of Jackson, TN, passed away on January 20, 2017. She was a secretary of Beltone Hearing Aids for many years. Mrs. Sweet lived for New York for some years and was a world traveler. She enjoyed her European excursions, her red hat lady friends and her Bible Study Group at the Methodist Church. Mrs. Sweet was very active, always doing something and beloved by all. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank M. Sweet, Jr., her parents, Charles A. and Maucea Nicholas; a step-daughter, Belinda S. Sweet; sister Lynn Clark (Horace) and brother Charles A. Nicholas, Jr. Mrs. Sweet is survived by her son, Frank M Sweet, III(Candyce); and sister, Jean Nolen; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 9 a.m. Thursday, January 26 until service begins at 10 a.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment in Manila Cemetery in Manila, Arkansas.
