Catherine E. Sawyer Denton, 82, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 13, 2020. She was past Matron of Frayser Masonic Lodge. She retired from Sears, and worked at BMW of Memphis for her remaining years. She leaves a daughter, Vicki Harrison (BobbY), and one son, Wayne Pannell (Karen), both of Bartlett, TN. She also leaves four sisters, five grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry W. Denton.
The family will receive friends from 9 until 10 a.m. Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Forest Hill Funeral Home East. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Forest Hill Memorial Park East.
