Catherine Fink Knight, 88, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022 in Hernando, MS. She leaves behind one daughter, Lisa Ward (Loren); one son, James A. Knight (Lynnette); nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and two more on the way. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert L. Knight; her parents, James and Rosaline Fink; three sisters, Rosemary F. Norris, Thelma F. Bennett, Frances Neeley; and three brothers, Jimmy Fink, Eddie Fink and Bo Fink.

Catherine was a longtime member of Oakhaven Baptist Church and a current member of Parkway Baptist Church. She graduated from Southside High School, home of the Scrappers, and resided in the Fort Pickering neighborhood. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved being right in the middle of all family gatherings. She also enjoyed working puzzle books, working with Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Ministry along side her grandson, Haven. Catherine was a great cook and every new years she would prepare her famous Pork Roast Speatzle with sauerkraut and black eye peas.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 from 12:00p.m.-1:00p.m. at Gray's Creek Baptist Church with funeral services starting at 1:00p.m. Burial will follow at Forest Hill South Cemetery 2545 E. Holmes Rd., Memphis, TN 38118.
