Cathy Ann Lipsey, 63, passed away on February 23, 2023, in Memphis, Tennessee after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Cathy was born in Memphis, TN to Eldon and Wilma Twilley on November 1, 1959. She was a graduate of Raleigh-Egypt High School. She enjoyed simple pleasures such as crossword puzzles, flea market finds, feline companionship, and most recently discovered a love for NASCAR racing, following #19, Martin Truex, Jr.

Cathy is preceded in death by her parents Eldon and Wilma Twilley.

She is survived by her significant other Truman Fuller, son Jack Lipsey (Lindsey), daughter Amanda Jackson (Rusty), grandsons Caleb and Caiden, brothers Mike Twilley (Janis) and Danny Twilley (Diane), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

A grave-side service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Forest Hill-East Memorial Park, located at 2440 Whitten Rd., Memphis, TN 38133. Her son, Jack Lipsey, of Jericho church of Christ, will be officiating.
