Celestia Bivyette Trumbo, 88, passed away on Monday, June 15 2026. She was a retired License Practical Nurse. During her nursing career she worked for hospitals and homes as a private duty nurse. Her favorite pastime was working in her yard.

Ms. Trumbo was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Trumbo, her parents; William H. and Bivyette E. Hawkins; also three brothers, John W. Hawkins, Lloyd A. Hawkins and Rodney B. Hawkins.

Celestia leaves to cherish her memory her son, Leslie “Mark” Trumbo of Memphis; Her sister, Marilyn C. Vaughn of Oakland, TN and several nieces and nephews.
