Charles Lawrence Ball, 89 of Memphis, passed away May 9, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean McGrath Ball; son-in-law, Roy Gernon, Jr.; parents, Charles Otis and Dorothea Ball;  brother, Earl Ball; and sister, Catherine Cunningham.

He is survived by his daughter, Charlene Ball Gernon; son, Glenn Russell Ball (Gregoria Gisele Cruz Ramirez); grandchildren, R. Riecke Gernon, III and Jennifer Gernon Keller (Andrew); and great grandchildren, Alanna Gernon and Natalie Keller.
