Charles Dale Duncan, Memphis, TN, 67, passed away Monday, January 26, 2016. He is survived by his Mother, Virginia Dobbs, Memphis, TN; four children, Jeffrey Dale Duncan, Doniphan, MO; Leslie Duncan Thornton, Van Buren, MO; Joshua Dale Duncan, Nashville, TN; Jana Duncan, Cordova TN; a very special nephew, Timothy Kelley, West Memphis, AR; grandchildren, Ryan & Sarah Duncan of Poplar Bluff, MO; Kevin & Erika Payne of Van Buren, MO. He is preceded in death by his stepfather, George Dobbs and sister Becky Duncan. Charles served his country honorably in the U.S. Marine Crop. Family and friends will gather to share memories, 12-2 pm, Friday, followed by services at 2 pm. Both at Forest Hill Funeral Home, South, 2545 East Holmes Road.
