Charles F. Gentry, 94,  passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Kirby Pines Retirement Community.  He was born in Memphis, raised in Wilson, Arkansas and served in the U. S. Army at the conclusion of World War II.  He is survived by his wife, Frances, children Denise and David, grandchildren, Travis and Lauren, and great grandson, Landon.  He spent his career with Del Monte Sales Corporation in the Memphis area and in North Carolina, retiring in Dec 1985.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Baker, his son, Don, his parents Culmer Francis and Louise Rahm Gentry and his sister, Sarah Trammel, all of Memphis.  He will be interred at Forest Hill Cemetery in Memphis in a private family service.
