Charles E. Hutchings, 93, of Ellendale, TN died Saturday, November 10, 2012. He was a member of Ellendale United Methodist Church, a retired Postal Clerk, a WW II Navy veteran and an avid golfer. Mr. Hutchings was preceded in death by his wife Flora Lee Hutchings and his brother, William "Bill" Hutchings. He is survived by his daughters, Charlotte Hines of Apache Junction, AZ, Joyce McClure of Oak Harbor, WA, Anne Bunting of Bartlett, TN, and Linda Trammell of Drummonds, TN; son, Charles E. Hutchings, Jr. of Lebanon, TN; step sons, Joe Finger of Lake Havasu, AZ and Donald Finger of Surf Side Beach, SC; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m., Friday, November 16, 2012, with services to follow at 2 p.m., all at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
