Charles Wesley Laughter, Jr., 58, of Memphis, TN passed away Monday, October 21, 2013. He graduated from Oakhaven High School and Southwest Community College and was a member of Oakhaven United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2013 with services to follow at 1 p.m., at Forest Hill South Funeral Home. Interment will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mr. Laughter was preceded in death by his father, Charles Wesley Laughter, Sr. and is survived by his mother Virginia Laughter and sisters Brenda (Barry) Moore, Angie (Don) Rasbach, nieces Monica (Brad) Vance, Elise (Eddie) Maharrey and nephews Brad Moore and Hunter (Mallory) Rasbach as well as three great-nieces and one great-nephew.
