Charles Edwin Thompson, 70, of Byhalia, MS, died Saturday, February 3, 2018.  He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Shirley; daughter, Tonia (Shane); son, Charles, Jr. (Sheila); daughter, Kattie (Jessie); step daughter, Penny; 5 grandkids; 3 great grandkids and 2 nephews.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Susan; and 2 sisters.  Family and friends will gather to share memories, 5-7 pm, Tuesday with services at 10:00 am, Wednesday.  Both at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park-South (901)346-3250
