Charles Leslie Wallis, 82 passed away at his home in Southaven, MS. November 29, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Lois Wallis and 3 loving daughters, Joan Albright (Larry), Judy Worsham and Janet Carr (Doug). Mr. Wallis was blessed with 6 Grandsons; John Albright (Beth), Carey Worsham (Crystal), Gavin Albright (Danielle), Andrew Carr, Alex Carr (Emily) and Dylan Wallis; also 8 Great grandchildren; Taylor Albright, John Paul Albright, Gabriel Albright, Eli Albright, Cadence Worsham, Carey Worsham, Jr., Claire Worsham and Charles Wyatt Carr. He was preceded in death by his parents W. C. and Maureen Wallis and one son in law Leslie Worsham.

Mr. Wallis was retired from Memphis Publishing where he was a District Manager for the Memphis Press- Scimitar which had been an afternoon paper; he loved his family; was an avid fisherman and a member of First Baptist Church in Southaven, MS. In lieu of flowers the family requests any donations be made to their church, First Baptist Church Southaven, MS.

Services for Mr. Wallis will be visitation Friday, December 1, 2017 from 5-7 with his service on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Forest Hill Funeral Home, South on Holmes Rd. 901-346-3250
