Charles Alfred Watts, retired grocery manager, died Monday morning at his home in Horn Lake, MS of complications from Alzheimer''s at the age of 84. Mr. Watts served in the Air Force from 1950-1953. Mr. Watts is survived by his wife of 60 years, Glendel S. Kite Watts; three children, Debra K. Helms (James), Charles S. Watts (Ruth), David W. Watts (Ann Marie). He also leaves five grandchildren, Stephanie N. Watts, Michael D. Jordan, Jennifer M. Watts, Charles J. Watts (Brandi), Kristin A. Watts and one great-grandchild, Charlotte Renee Watts of Memphis. He also leaves two brothers, Walter Watts (Mary) of Tulsa, OK, Jack D. Watts of Webb City, MO and two sisters, Ruth Ann Hodson and Martha S. Thomas (Jimmy) of Webb City, MO. He also leaves many nieces and nephews as well. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Forest Hill South Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home with interment to follow.
