Charlotte Ruth Blair went to be with her Lord on Monday, July 15, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Charlotte was a retired Nurse in which she was employed by the Shelby County Health Department here in Memphis.

She is survived by her three sons, Gerald W. Matthews, Jr. of Kyle, Texas, Stephen L. Matthews of Ripley, Tennessee and Danny L. Matthews of Memphis, Tennessee.  Also left to cherish her memories are six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her son Timothy A. Matthews.

The family has requested that you would join them for a Visitation Service to be held on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 9 am until Funeral Service at 10 am, with burial to follow, all at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park - East 2440 Whitten Road.
