CHARLOTTE ANNE HODGES was born August 31, 1953 in Memphis, TN to the late Dave and Fannie Mae West. Charlotte accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age at Pentecostal Temple Church. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School and went on to work and retire from the Internal Revenue Service after 34 years of service. She transitioned from this side of life on February 9 to be with her Heavenly Father. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, brother, Winfred West and sister, Bobbie Jean Brown. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 30 years, Willie Hodges; two son, Darius Caston and Lucious Kevin Caston; a daughter, Monecia Caston; two sisters, Delores West and Joyce Marie West; a brother, Albert Ingram; two grandsons, Jalen Polk and Harlan Caston; niece, Christian West-Coleman and a host of other family and friends. Service will be 2 p.m., Friday, February 15 at Forest Hill South, with visitation from 12-2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
