Charlotte Marie Prather, 84, of Bartlett, TN passed away on May 28, 2023 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis.

Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Allie Mae Byers; also an infant brother, Alvis Lonnie Byers.

She leaves her husband, Arnold Wayne Prather; two daughters, Janice Porter (Revel) of Jonesboro, AR and Linda Roberts (Steve) of Arlington, TN; two brothers, James Byers (Nina) of New Albany, MS and William Byers (Molly) of Hickory Flat, MS; 6 grandchildren, Don Porter (Lindsay) of Carrboro, NC, Marie Morrison, (Josh) of Jonesboro , AR, Carissa Walker (Taylor) of Fayetteville, AR , Anette Smalley (William) of Jonesboro, AR,      Austin Roberts (Annie) also of Jonesboro, AR and Rachel Roberts of Honduras; also13 great-grandchildren.

The family requests that memorials are sent to: Mid America Seminary or Bellevue Baptist Church.
