It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Christine M McDonald, 89 of Hollow Rock, TN, who passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025, in Memphis, TN. Born on March 31, 1935, in Water Valley, Ms., Christine was known for her unwavering kindness, deep love for her family, and warm, welcoming spirit.

Christine lived a life devoted to her loved ones, always pouring her time and energy into those she cherished most. She found great joy in spending time with family, traveling, and playing Rook, creating countless cherished memories along the way. Her love, laughter, and dedication to her family will always be remembered.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth McDonald, and his wife, Paula; her daughter, Cathy Inman; her daughter-in-law, Darlene McDonald; and her grandchildren, Shawn, Amanda, Christy, Danielle, Shane, and Derek, along with several great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever hold her in their hearts. Christine was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Riley McDonald, and her sons, David and Steve McDonald.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Forest Hill Cemetery and Funeral Home-East, 2240 Whitten Rd, Memphis, TN 38134. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by the service at 2:00 p.m.
