Cinda Mae Waller Bull was born on August 2, 1919 in Yazoo County, Mississippi. Her parents were William Thomas Waller and Cinda Maetta Chester Waller. She was the last living child of eight brothers and one sister. She grew up in Yazoo County, Mississippi and attended Pleasant Hill and Eden Grade schools. She graduated in 1939 from Yazoo City High School where she lettered in basketball all three years. After graduation, she earned a scholarship to Memphis School of Commerce where she met her husband Joseph M. Bull. Cinda Mae passed away on October 13, 2019… 35 years to the day that her husband passed. Cinda worked for Sears and Roebuck Company in her younger years but retired from the federal government's Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service after 30 years of service. She was a loving wife, mother, and Mamaw to: Betty Holloway Millsaps (Clay) of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Marion Bull (Wendy) of Memphis, Tennessee, Carolyn Mills Belmore (Michael) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Morgan Bull (Julie) of Cordova, Tennessee, and Fawnie Vaughn (John) of Covington, Tennessee, 12 grandchildren, 28 great and four great-great grandchildren. Cinda was a devout Christian of Kennedy Baptist Church, now known as Audubon Park Baptist Church located in East Memphis. She also attended Immanuel Baptist Church in Olive Branch with her daughter and son-in-law on special occasions. In lieu of flowers, Mamaw requested that donations be made to:

Cinda's last wish was for all to know "I love the Lord Jesus and appreciate everything that my family has done for me. I love my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren immensely."
