Cito Joseph Anthony Pellegra Gallaway, TN, retired Memphis Fire Fighter was born on October 8, 1931 in Memphis, TN to Corrado Joseph and Lena Pitts Pellegra who precede him in death. He passed away on September 14, 2016 at the age of 84 years. Cito was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul, Vincent and Sam; and by one sister, Sara. He leaves behind his loving wife of over 64 years, Ila Love Jones-Pellegra; three sons, Rick Corrado Pellegra, Michael Pellegra (Cheryl) and Fred Pellegra (Sally); two daughters, Gina Lisa Pullen (Stan) and Marion "Izzi" Pellegra; grandchildren, Nathan, Lindsey, Lucas, Cito, Nicholas, Brittany, Andy, Jeff, Chase and Zachary; great grandchildren, Molly, Grace Ann, Lilly, Peter, Mila, Ryker, Briggs, Vivien, Nico, Joey, Lincoln, Jaxson, Ashton and one more on the way, Grayson; and by numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East, 2440 Whitten Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 19, 2016, 10:00 AM at St. Ann Catholic Church, Bartlett, TN.
