Clara Belle Ballard, 73, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, left this earth to be with our Lord Jesus on March 15 , 2012. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Curtis and Jill Ballard; grandchildren, Debbie Pruett, Kenneth Ballard, Kaitlyn Ballard, Kendall Ballard; great-grandchild, Skylar Pruett; sister, Virginia Collins and brother, Everett Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe K. Ballard, son, Joe K. Ballard, Jr., her parents, Gilbert and Iris Jackson, also two sisters and two brothers. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 20 at Forest Hill Midtown, 1661 South Elvis Presley Blvd. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 12-2 p.m. prior to the service.
