Claud Yates "Doc" Tullos

Claud Yates Tullos, 88, of Bartlett, TN died May 17, 2018.  He was born in 1930 in Philadelphia, MS, to Nathan and Effie Tullos.  He graduated from County Line High School in Neshoba County.  He served in the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers during the Korean War.  He spent his entire career in the construction industry as a heavy equipment operator, foreman and superintendent.

The youngest of 12 children, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Sara Skinner and Enid Kissling; and 9 brothers, Carl, Oben, Enos, Lias, Zane, Loyd, Rolf, Temp, Sr. and Wyatt, Sr.

His wife, Mable, who preceded him in death, was his fishing and travel buddy.

He is survived by two children, Claudia Tullos-Leonard (Anthony) and Gregg Tullos; two step-sons, Todd Wilson (Lori) and Ronald Wilson (Sue); seven grandchildren, Kirby Wilson, Bailey Morris (Quentin), Kristina Wilson, Colton Wilson (Sarah), Douglas Miller (Christina), Deborah Miller, Marlana Berryhill (Steven); 5 great-grandchildren; and his dog, Pepper.

Graveside services will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park -East on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Shelby Farms Park Conservancy or Collierville Animal Shelter.
