Clifton Lee Nelson, 87, formerly of the Memphis area before moving to Glenwood, AR passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Baptist Health Care Hospital in Arkadelphia, AR. Clifton was a life long Christian who loved the Lord. He retired early from the U.S. Postal service in order to travel the country with his wife, Juanita who passed away in April, 2014. His parents: John and Betty Nelson and siblings preceded him in death. Clifton leaves many nieces and nephews who loved him very much. Visitation will be Thursday, September 1 from 10:15 to 11 a.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home, South. Graveside service will follow in Forest Hill Funeral Home South, 2545 E. Holmes Road Memphis, TN 38118.
