Clynese M. Franks, 84, of Memphis, TN, born December 6, 1930, went to be with the Lord on September 7, 2015. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother and member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Arlington. Mrs. Franks is survived by her husband of 56 years, James E. Franks; daughter, Karen (Donnie) Dykes; sons, Mark (Pam) Franks, David (Allison) Franks; a brother, Joe Massey; six granddaughters; and three great grandchildren. Visitation will be 5- 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 10 and service will be 1 p.m. Friday, September 11 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following. In lieu of flowers, family request memorials be sent to Crossroads Baptist Church.
