Constance "Connie" Purifoy, 78, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. She was born on October 27, 1945, to parents Walter and Zena Robinson. After graduating high school Connie began her working career. She worked as an office manager at the Memphis Children's Clinic, where she retired from as well. Connie married the love of her life John Robert Purifoy on October 21,1967 and from that union two beautiful children were created. Connie was a faithful member of Christ the King Catholic Church; she was also a part of the church choir. Some of Connie's favorite things included, playing bunco, farkle, reading and serving others. The thing she enjoyed the most was spending time with her family, and she loved her grand kids! Connie is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brother, Bobby Robinson. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 57 years, her children, Michael Purifoy (Lisa) and Melissa Reaves (Ken), 3 grandchildren: Jacob Purifoy (Olivia), Owen Purifoy, and Brandon Reaves, 2 step grandchildren Michael Hale, and Amber Haynes, as well as 1 great-grandchild: Waylon Purifoy and 6 wonderful bonus great grandchildren. Connie will forever be in our hearts, and we will miss her more than words can express.
