Cynthia Louise Acklin ,48, Southaven, MS, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2016. Cindy was a devoted mother, sister and aunt. She worked at Memphis Children''s Clinic for 26 years as their office manager. She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Norene Acklin and sister, Penny Acklin. She leaves her beloved son, Andy Acklin; three siblings: Kenny Vinson, Judy Forrestor, Rusty Acklin; one uncle, Bill Holcomb; three nieces: Stephanie Meredith, M''lea Bullard and Kimberly Villasenor; two nephews: Johnny Lynn Tyler and John Daniel Forrestor. Cindy was greatly loved by her son, family, friends and co-workers, including the physicians. She will be forever missed. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 23 at Forest Hill South with service Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
