Dale R. Wardlow, 91, of Hernando, MS, a beloved father and grandfather went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. As his family is morning his loss, they know he is free of pain and suffering.

Mr. Wardlow was a true American Patriot, an Army veteran, a family man, a railroad man, a sawmiller, and an unbelievably smart man. He taught his family about life in their younger years. Above all else he was a Christian man.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents; Murray and Rossie Wardlow, his first wife, Nola Jean Wardlow and his second wife, Peggy Wardlow; his son, Keith Wardlow; his sister, Rose Mary Chambliss and brother, Jimmie Wardlow.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Cathy Fields (Donald), of Southaven, MS; his grandson, Dylan Fields of Southaven and his nephew, Michael Grant Rickman (Vicki), also  of Southaven.
