Daniel Edward Buckley, 80, of Plant City, formerly of Memphis, Tennessee, born on December 15, 1942, in Watertown, Massachusetts, sailed into his eternal safe harbor on January 16, 2023.

He was a retired First Class Petty Officer for the United States Navy. He loved his family, life, cruising the world, furry animals, and feathered birds.

He was preceded in death by wife, Effie May Buckley; siblings, John J. Buckley Jr., Dorothy Boone, and Rita Paulukaitis.

He is survived by sister, Margaret Hardy; and many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
