Daniel Bruce Loyd, Sr., 68, of Bethel Springs, TN, died September 28, 2017 at his home. He is predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Freddie Mae Loyd. Daniel was retired from Buckman Laboratories and attended Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. He will be remembered as a god-fearing man that loved to chew his Red Man tobacco. Too, he was a loving father and grandfather that was passionate about cars and the outdoors. He is survived by his son, Daniel Bruce (Karen) Loyd, Jr. of Drummonds and daughter, Tammy Renee Young of Hudson, FL. He also leaves 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park - East from 12:00pm- 2:00pm with the funeral service to follow at 2:00pm and interment immediately after after Forest Hill Memorial Park - East.
