David William Follmann, JR, 31, passed away on August 7, 2019 in Memphis, TN.  David was born on May 5, 1988 to David William Follmann, SR. and Sheila Beth Gazaway Follmann Berroyer in Memphis.  He is survived by his son, Dallis Follmann, his parents, David William Follmann (Joan) of Somerville, TN and Sheila Beth Berroyer (Tim) of Hot springs, AR, two brothers, Wyatt Follmann of Somerville, TN, and Christopher Fox of Johnson, TN, two sisters, Danielle Kirby of Oakland, TN, and Allie Berroyer of Houston, TX.  Graveside services will be on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at 12:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park on Whitten Road.
