David Randall (Randy) Kemper, 57, of Horn Lake, Mississippi, passed away on July 26, 2019. He was originally from Southaven, Mississippi and a graduate of Southaven High School. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He served as General Manager of Velocity, Inc. in Hernando, Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lola Kemper. He is survived by his father and step-mother, George and Linda Kemper, brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Ana Kemper, niece, Cynthia Rodriguez, and nephew, Justin Kemper. Graveside services will be held at Forrest Hill South Cemetery on August 1 st , 2019 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials are sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
