David R. Miller 85, of Parsons, TN, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Jackson Madison County Hospital in Jackson, TN. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at Parsons Church of Christ in Parsons, TN with interment to be at 2:30 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery East in Memphis. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. He was a World War II Army Veteran and a member of Parsons Church of Christ where he participated in the Meals on Wheels program for 15 years. David was preceded in death by two brothers, James Miller and Raymond Miller. He leaves one son, James Martin (Natalie) Miller, of Batesville, AR; three daughters, Jeannine Carol (Mike) Dameworth, of Ogden, UT, Patsy Evans, of Parsons, TN, and Judy (Robert) Davenport, of Nashville, TN; one brother, Frank Miller, of Iuka, MS; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Parsons Church of Christ.
