Debra "Debbie" Lynn Brower, 55, of Memphis passed away Monday December 3, 2012 in Knoxville. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph E. Brower and Dorothy Carney Brower. She is survived by her sister, Linda Brower Elias and husband, David Elias of Knoxville; brothers, William Bryan Brower and wife, Kathy, of Lakeland, TN, and Ralph Eugene Brower of Collierville, TN; nieces, LeAnn and Elizabeth Brower. The family will gather at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at Forest Hill Funeral Home South. Graveside services will follow at 11 a.m. with Rev. Ken Joines officiating.
