IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Debra Lynn
Ruble
March 21, 1955 – December 6, 2025
Debbie Ruble, beloved mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 6th, 2025 after a courageous nine-year battle with cancer. She faced every challenge with strength, humor, and unwavering faith, leaving an impact on everyone blessed to know her.
Born to William "Bill" Guess and Lenora Sue Hall, she grew up rooted in love, family connection, and a joyful spirit she carried throughout her life. She was predeceased by her father, Bill, and is survived by her devoted mother Sue Beasley and stepfather Sonny Beasley, who cherished her deeply.
She is lovingly remembered by her sister Sharon Richardson and by her three children, who were her greatest pride and joy: Jason Anderson, David Grissom, and Sarah West Brown. Her legacy continues in her ten grandchildren—Dejane Anderson, Jason Anderson Jr., Ava West Brown, Abby McDaniel, Eli West Brown, Haley Grissom, John Grissom, Dagny West Brown, Duke West Brown, and Jennifer Grissom, each of whom brought her immeasurable happiness. She was also eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first great-grandchild, Hiro Anderson, due in March 2026.
She lived a vibrant, joy-filled life. A dedicated Memphis Grizzlies fan, she rarely missed a game and loved cheering on her team. She was a rollercoaster fanatic, always ready for the next thrill, and an adventurous spirit who relished concerts, traveling, and finding any opportunity to create memories with her family. She remained physically active and committed to her health up until her final days, faithfully attending Orange Theory Fitness.
Her faith was the cornerstone of her life. As a longtime member of Bellevue Baptist Church, she poured her heart into her relationship with the Lord and into the community that surrounded her.
She will be remembered for her warmth, her joy, her resilience, and the way she loved her people with her whole heart. Her absence leaves an unfillable space, but her memory will remain a guiding light to all who knew her.
Viewing will be held at Forrest Hill Home & Memorial Park on Wednesday, December 10th, 2024 from 1-2 PM followed by services from 2-3 PM. The family welcomes all who wish to honor her life.
