Delores Ruth Hickman passed on Sunday, April 14, 2019 and is now singing in Heaven.

Delores was born, at home, on September 2, 1936 in Crown Point, Indiana on the Red Cedar Farm. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aura Issac Roll and Lutishia May Roll. She was the last of one brother, James Issac Roll and four sisters, Thelma Blank, NormaCavinder, Janie Steuer, Ada Joy McClees.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by her only daughter Penny Chandler Looney (Tony) and by her three grandchildren Andy Looney (Britina), Stacey Corzine (JR), Katey Wylie (Brandon) and her great grandchildren Austin Corzine, Alexis Corzine, Reagan Looney, Keaton Looney, Ayden Corzine, Brianna Wylie and Ava Corzine. And also by her extended great grandchildren Lauren Atwood, Nathan Atwood, Aylssa Rhew and Brandon Rhew and by her extended great great grandchildren Wyatt Hicks and Wyleigh Hicks. She is further survived by a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Delores enjoyed traveling, singing and playing music. She especially enjoyed playing her bass bucket. She had a heart of gold and wanted everyone to be happy andalways went out of her way to make everyone feel special.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 4, 2019 at the Bartlett Senior Center, 5727 Woodlawn St, Bartlett, TN 38134, where she was an active member. The Celebration of Life will start at 11 a.m. with a potluck to follow. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Bartlett Senior Center on her behalf.
