Diana G. Harrison 70, of Memphis, TN was born January 11, 1947. Se went home to here Heavenly Father on January 2, 2018. She is preceded in death by parents, Helen and John Wesley "JD" Gaines two sisters, Zada Jane Gaines Smith and Viola Mae DeLaney. She is survived by sisters, Wilma Lorraine Heimburg, Judy Ann Neasvy, Penny Lynn Materna and Linda Nivens and a host of nieces and nephews. Diana also leaves her husband of 31 years, Danny Harrison.

She had a great sense of humor and a hot temper. People knew her as a very loving and giving person as she was a Nursing Assistant Aid at Baptist Hospital and sat with the elderly offering her one of a kind care giving skills. She also worked at Shoney''s Restaurant for fifteen years. Always taking care of her siblings as well as others was her greatest asset. Diana loved reading, puzzles, the color purple and all animals including a special pup named Misty. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home-East with the funeral service on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 10:00 am at Fellowship Baptist Church on Summer Avenue. Interment will be at Forest Hill Memorial Park on Whitten Road following the service.
