Donna Kay Phillips, 52, of Memphis, TN, passed away March 15, 2014 at her home. She was preceded in death by her father, Jewel Ray Phillips, Sr. and is survived by her mother, Ruth Phillips of Memphis, TN; brothers, Jewel Ray Phillips, Jr. (Reba), John Franklin Phillips (Sandy) both of Olive Branch, MS; sister, Rena P. Chandler (Chris) of Memphis, TN; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, March 17 and service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following.
