Donna Sue Perry, 60, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Frank Perry; three sons, Frank, Jr. (Kaye); Paul (Jodi); and Daniel (Cathy); two sisters, three brothers and six grandchildren. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday, December 21 at Forest Hill Funeral Home-Midtown. The Rosary will be said at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass Monday, December 22 at St. Paul Catholic Church. Interment will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
