Doris Thomas Dillingham (98) passed on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 in Richmond, TX.

She was born December 19, 1923 in New Albany, MS, to William and Faye Thomas.  Doris was married to George Dillingham on January 29, 1941.  She is survived by her daughters, Janice Schwarz and Teresa Woody; 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  She also leaves behind her brothers, John Thomas and Jerry Thomas and sister, Marie Noah.  She was preceded in death by her husband, George and her two sons, George Seay and Larry.  Services will be Wednesday,  February 2, 2022 at Forest Hill FH at 11:00. Burial at 1:00 pm  at the National Cemetery, 3568 Townes Road, Memphis.

Doris loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, all her family and friends.

She was a graduate of Memphis State University and a long time member of the Catholic Church of the Ascension . She loved making porcelain dolls, painting, ceramics, yard sales, auctions, gardening and playing at the casinos in Tunica.
