Doris M. Fairchild, 86, of Walls, MS, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 17, 2015. She leaves her husband of 65 years, John E. Fairchild; one son Robert Fairchild (Rosie) of Walls; three grandsons: Christopher Fairchild (Danielle) of Horn Lake and great-granddaughter, soon to be born Cheyenne; John Fairchild of Collierville, TN and Christopher Bachman of Horn Lake, MS; one granddaughter, Angela Maestri (Mike) of Gulf Shores, AL; one great-grandson, Noah Bachman (Kayla) and great great-granddaughter, Paisley Grace of Maryville, TN; also one sister, Sue Wilkes (Joe) of Lake Charles, LA, and niece Kim Johnson (James) of Lake Charles, LA. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2015 at Forest Hill South with service Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial are made to St. Jude Children''s Hospital.
