Horn Lake - Doris C. Sullivan, 92, of Horn Lake, MS, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, DeSoto. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 28 at Forest Hill South with visitation starting at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Sullivan was a DeSoto County School Bus Driver. She is preceded in death by her husband, John L. Sullivan of 67 years. Doris and John were members of Twin Lakes Baptist Church before going to Golden Living Center. She leaves three children: Beverly S. Foose and Jackie S. Nelson both of Jackson, TN and John L. Sullivan, Jr. of Walls, MS. She will be missed by her: 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the caregivers who took care of her at Golden Living Center, also her caregivers on the 5th floor, Hospice on the 8th floor, and the chaplains for their visits and prayers at Baptist DeSoto Hospital.
