Dorothy Faye Sparks Hardy, 80, of Bartlett, TN, passed away peacefully on October 13 ^th , 2022.

Dorothy was a member of Daughters of the Nile and was very supportive of the charitable works of Shriners Children's, along with her late husband William "Bill" Hardy, former Potentate of Al Chymia Shrine. She retired from General Electric Lamp Company located in Memphis, TN.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband William "Bill" Hardy and her twin children Helen Kaye and William Joseph Hardy; her brother Frank Sparks; and sisters Grace Acree, Frances Woods, and Jeanette Stallings.

She is survived by her son Michael Earl Hardy and daughter-in-law Cynthia Hardy; her grandchildren Allison Hardy, Jacob Hardy and Selina King; her brother Edward (Cindy) Sparks; and sisters Bille Ann James, and Brenda Sue (Max) Clark. Dorothy was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all family members.

Services will be held at the Church of the Nativity, 5955 St. Elmo, Bartlett, TN, Monday, October 24 ^th 2022 with visitation from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm; Catholic Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN.
