Dorothy Mae Easley Miller was born March 31, 1937, on a farm near Jackson, TN. Dorothy did not start school until the 2nd grade, due to her mother's accident with the family's truck. It took 2 years for her mother to recover. Living on a fam when you are young, you can have lots of fun. Dorothy loved all the animals, especially her pony, Ole Joe. She was allowed to ride him to school if her dad came along. She loved all dogs, one of hers lived to be 18yrs. old. The most fun she had was when Dorothy and her sister would catch a ride on the old tire chained to the goats collar. When the goat would head toward the beehives, at top speed, the girls would roll off and try again. After graduation with honors from L. C. Humes High, she married the love of  her life, Billy Wayne Miller. Billy passed away 11 08 2028 after their 63 anniversary. When Dorothy retired from Sedgwick insurance, she had served 40+ years.
