Dorothy Pearl Vandergrift, 78, of Richardson, Texas, formerly of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on June 16, 2015. She was born in Covington, Tennessee to the late Lucious and Eva Marler Scroggins. Mrs. Vandergrift was a member of First Baptist Church in Somerville, Tennessee. She is survived by her loving husband, Dan Vandergrift; sons, Shawn and Dwight; and her brother, A.G. Scroggins. Visitation will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 20 until service begins at 3 p.m. at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following.
